As Punekars gear up to welcome the New Year, the city administration has implemented special traffic arrangements to manage the heavy rush expected in popular areas. Traffic Diversions in Pune
- Mahatma Gandhi Road (MG Road):
- Closed: 15th August Chowk to Aurora Towers Chowk.
- Diversion: Traffic rerouted via Khureshi Masjid and Sujata Mastani Chowk.
- Volga Chowk to Mohammad Rafi Chowk:
- Closed: No entry for vehicles.
- Diversion: Traffic redirected to Indira Gandhi Chowk via East Street.
- Indira Gandhi Chowk to Mahavir Chowk:
- Closed: Complete traffic restriction.
- Diversion: Vehicles rerouted to Lashkar Police Station.
- Sarbatwala Chowk to Mahavir Chowk:
