A major and concerning update has emerged for parents in Pune. The Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) has officially declared 13 schools in the city as unauthorized for the academic year 2026–27. According to the PMC Education Department, these schools do not have valid government recognition, which may seriously impact students’ academic future and certification process.
